Every assessment criterion is an RG measure from RVMS, weighted by its importance for preventing and mitigating gambling harm — so a Malta licensee is benchmarked against Malta's requirements, a Swedish licensee against Sweden's.

Regulators across Europe now require operators to monitor behavioural markers of harm — and EN 18144 (2026) standardizes what to observe. It deliberately leaves open the thresholds, risk classification and intervention logic. That gap is what RGvitals builds.

Every RVMS measure will link to the studies that tested it and the outcomes they observed — so a regulator drafting a rule, or an operator choosing a tool, starts from evidence rather than convention.
